The EBS Core Breeding Functionality Course provides training in using the “Core Breeding” components of the Enterprise Breeding System (EBS). It guides learners through tasks such as managing germplasm and seed inventory, creating and managing experiments/nurseries/trials, handling cross and harvest workflows, data collection and trait management, and using tools such as list/inventory managers and experiment managers. The course is designed for technicians, data managers, breeders, research assistants, and other support personnel who work hands-on with breeding data and workflows. It combines video lectures, quizzes, hands-on practice, and a final project to build competency in daily breeding operations using EBS
