The course is for developing leaders at all levels.  It is for anyone who wants to develop leadership skills to lead in a Lean environment. The course is designed to be used as a standard agenda item for a leadership or management team meeting.  However, individuals or other teams can benefit from the information and are encouraged to use the material.
